American Trench Socks – I linked the Kennedy retro stripe, but I own a variety of these and they just scream fall to me (though I have a couple of lower cut ones that I wear in the warmer months). They are so comfortable and made right here in America, you can’t ask for much more than that.
Sid Mashburn Cords in ‘Fern’ – I own a couple of pairs of Sid’s cords, and I think about 3 total pairs of green cords, and he just nails it every time. The wale is just the right width, nice and thin for a polished look compared to the wider swaths of velvet my 1990’s shorts were made of. Let me just say, there is something really special about a nice shade of green pants.
L.L. Bean 8” Bean Boots – Wet weather be damned, these classics speak for themselves.
Hubs Happy Hour Mix – Growing up, Eagle Brand Snack Mix (in the metal tin that so many dads used as a trash can in their den) was just perfection. My wife recently got me Hubs’ take on a snack mix, on account of us absolutely loving their choco peanuts, to try… I’m thrilled to tell you that it’s the closest I’ve come to Eagle Brand Snack Mix. The right blend of cheese, salt, and honey sweet it just sings. Thank you Melanie for finding these!
Bombas Pima Cotton V-Necks – These are hands down, the best sleep shirts I have ever owned. The pima cotton adds a touch of luxe to the rest and relaxation section of your life, it has structure without making you feel formal, merely polished. They’re the perfect length and I certainly plan on adding more to my collection soon.
Regrets In The Rearview by Nefesh Mountain – I like to think I have a pretty wide band of music genres I can enjoy, and while I’d never claim to be a Bluegrass expert, I definitely enjoyed the sounds coming out of my speakers when I heard this.
Benjamin Moore Advance – We’ve been redoing our powder room and I can’t tell you how much I love this paint! With two coats, fully dried, it feels just like oil paint and it’s hard to accurately describe just how nice that is. On the flip side, instead of it behaving like oil, it’s a type of acrylic, so it cleans with water and dries in a reasonable amount of time. The best part is, it’s extremely durable once it cures.
